I lead AI product design and innovation, with 8+ years building products that matter — designing and shipping human-centered solutions from concept to working service, where craft meets real business results. I think like a founder: I care about the whole product, not just the screens. On the side, I build my own ventures — turning ideas into shipped products end to end.
My foundation is research: a background in social psychology taught me to seek out the complicated, understand people deeply, and simplify. With roots in branding and visual design, I draw on art, culture, and architecture to craft human experiences that are as thoughtful and intentional as they are impactful.

Lead Product Designer
Founding designer for YouGov Voices and AI guidelines. Took AI products from concept to global launch. Defines agent behaviours, core workflows and the quality bar for how agents act and present their outputs.

Joined through the Yabble acquisition. Set AI UX standards for agentic research experiences. Prototyped and validated end-to-end using design engineering (Claude Code, Cursor, Kiro). Designed human-in-the-loop patterns for reliable outputs.
